ABOUT COLLECTOR ALEX HAUGLAND

As a child, while visiting family in Italy, Alex Haugland began collecting models of classic European automobiles. In the process, he discovered a love for innovation and appreciation for the elegance of European design, which carried over into adulthood. In the past ten years, Alex amassed an impressive collection of some of the most iconic and influential European automobiles of the mid-20th century, with a special emphasis on British and Italian cars. His collection ranges from iconic, everyday vehicles to exceptional examples of rare, small-volume automobiles.

ABOUT EXECUTIVE CHEF KEVIN ABLES

After working every job, from dishwasher to executive chef, and earning a culinary degree from the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in California, Kevin knows his way around a kitchen.

“My style of food is Modern American Cuisine — organic-based, farm-to-table, seafood-driven combinations with fresh, local fruits and vegetables. I consider myself fortunate to have worked with many great mentors in the industry who are setting food trends. With every challenge that Mother Nature provides, there is a new opportunity to create something unique and wonderful.”
