SILVER DINNER MENU SELECTIONS

Excellent for any evening event, we offer a variety of delicious Silver Dinner selections. Choose one salad, two side dishes, and one entrée. All menus include Fresh Bread Rolls and Butter. Add one Stationary Platter, one Hot and one Cold Appetizer to your menu, based on final selection and quantities. Cold Appetizer Options:

  • Deviled Eggs with Curry or Traditional with Pickled Red Onion
  • Ratatouille with Tomato Jam on Parmesan Crisp or Crostini
  • Caprese Skewer with Balsamic Reduction

  • Grilled or Roasted Chicken Breast in Picatta Sauce, Pesto, Lemon Garlic Rub, or Parmesan Crusted

  • Tilapia or Snapper baked Greek Style with Artichokes, Roasted Peppers, Olives and Tomatoes
  • Beef Brisket with Beef and Vegetable Gravy
